Tiny Tots 5-10 years - Physical and fun introduction to Judo, How to fall safely, Judo games, self confidence:
Wedsnesdays 6.00pm - 7.30pm

Senior and Youth Beginners/Novices
Introduction to Judo, basic and intermediate techniques, break falls, stamina and crash mat work:
Start back Wednesdays 7.45pm - 9.15pm
